Warranty and returns

Every part sold on PC PARTSTORE is covered by a standard warranty:

    • 1 year for batteries and chargers
    • 1 year for keyboards
    • 6 months for replacement screens

This warranty covers manufacturing defects (stains, pixels, or other defects except damage). The purchaser has 14 days in which to make a request for a return, and a maximum of three months in which to return the product.7 days to return the goods in the event of malfunction, material damage or error during the order process.

Here is the procedure to follow for fast and efficient processing.

A- Returns procedure

1- Request for return authorization (RMA)

  • To return or replace a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within the applicable return period (mentioned above).
  • The RMA number can be obtained by sending a request by e-mail or by opening a ticket via our website.
  • Returns without prior authorization and without an RMA number will not be accepted.

It is important to note that you can make a return in the following cases

  • A defective product.
  • A damaged product.
  • A product delivered in error.
  • A replacement if the product does not meet your needs.

2- Validation by our technical department

  • Once your return request has been approved by our after-sales service, an RMA number will be sent to you by e-mail.
  • This number must be clearly and visibly displayed on the outside of your shipping package (you can print it out, write it down or display it legibly).

3- Product return

  • The RMA number is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. During this period, we must receive the returned product.
  • When sending, please provide us with the carrier's details (preferably a postal service) as well as the tracking number to enable us to monitor your return.

4- Refund or replacement

Upon receipt of your package, our RMA team will check the returned product before proceeding to the next step: refund or replacement.

B- Important points to remember :

Once you have authorization to return the product, follow these guidelines to ensure optimal processing:

1- Condition of the product:

  • The product must be carefully packaged and returned in its original condition.
  • Any missing item, such as a protective film, cable or other included accessory, will result in rejection of the refund or replacement request.
  • If a returned product is received damaged (breakage, deterioration, etc.), we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. We recommend that you insure the package with the carrier in case of damage during transport.

2- Original packaging:

Keep and use the original packaging, which effectively protects products during transport. This is particularly important for peripherals such as monitors.

3- Labels:

Do not remove the labels affixed to the product; they are required to enforce the warranty.

4- Return address and label :

Use the return address specified by our services. If you wish to change it, please contact our customer service before shipping.

C- Shipping costs

1- Not shipped

If you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (within the first few hours of payment). As long as the package has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund you in full.

2- Shipped

The customer is responsible for shipping costs (initial and return shipment) and will be charged a 10% restocking fee, unless the original package is incorrect, missing, defective or damaged during shipment.
