General terms and conditions of sale
The present general conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reserve, to all the services offered by the company PC PART STORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE), on its Internet site and intended for customers ("Customers") or visitors.
ARTICLE 1 - Scope and purpose of online services
Failing this, the use of online booking services is prohibited.
Through its Internet site, the company PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) offers the Customer the possibility of accessing several on-line computer products in its establishment.
Consequently, the fact that an individual or a legal entity makes a reservation or purchase ("order" or "ordering") on the Internet site of PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
They are accessible at any time on this Internet site and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version, it being specified that only the version in force at the time of the Customer's order will be opposable to him.
ARTICLE 2 - Compatibility
It is important to know that manufacturers of laptop screens regularly launch new model numbers, generally every six months. This means that original screen part numbers can quickly become obsolete and no longer be available for sale. To meet this demand and ensure continuity of service, new compatible models, with improved electrical and optical performance characteristics, are brought to market. PC PARTSTORE can therefore, depending on arrivals and stock availability, supply you with either the original screen with the same part number, or a compatible model that meets the same quality and performance criteria. Our aim is to ensure that you receive a high-quality product, even if the exact reference is no longer available.
ARTICLE 3 - How to order on the website
1- Site registration
In order to place an order on the Site, the Customer must enter his/her surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and any other information required to personalize the Customer experience, such as date of birth.
In the event that the information provided by the Customer is false, incomplete or obsolete, PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) reserves the right, without compensation and without notice, to suspend or terminate the Customer's account, to delete all or part of the Customer's data, without prejudice to any actions under common law that may be available.
2- Ordering
To place an order, the Customer selects the product(s) he/she wishes, then confirms his/her order in the form of a summary, or corrects his/her order.Then, by checking the appropriate box, the Customer expressly accepts and agrees to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the order. Several types of services are offered on the website:
Online ordering with secure payment
At PC PARTSTORE, you can order your products directly online, with secure payment. Once your order has been validated, you will receive confirmation of your purchase, and your product will be dispatched as soon as possible. We are committed to processing your order quickly and delivering it to you in the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been placed, our team will ensure that your product is dispatched as quickly as possible. 3-Modification, cancellation and retraction
Customers may modify their order or request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, by contacting PC PARTSTORE directly. After this period, the order will be processed for dispatch in accordance with the conditions of sale.
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order (subject to conditions).
ARTICLE 4 - Payment
The supply of services is carried out against payment by the Customer of the total price corresponding to the products chosen, according to the terms established in the PC PARTSTORE Establishment (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE).
The price is payable, according to the offer (in full) and in a single instalment when the order is placed, and constitutes confirmation of the order.
The prices indicated on the Internet site are expressed in EUROS and all taxes included.
PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) reserves the right to modify prices at any time, the price indicated in the order confirmation being the current price.
Payment for purchases is made by credit card, with the following cards accepted: CB, VISA, MASTERCARD. Payments are secured by STRIPE under its own conditions.
At no time does PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) receive or have access to bank details which are only collected and possibly kept by the payment service provider.
ARTICLE 5 - Provision of Services
The services ordered by the Customer will be provided on presentation of the order confirmation received by email, at the PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) establishment.
In case of impossibility for the establishment PC PARTSTORE to provide the service ordered during the period of validity of the voucher, the establishment PC PARTSTORE undertakes to proceed with the reimbursement of the price of the voucher.der reimbursement of the price of the voucher or a credit note for the same amount within a maximum period of 10 days, by credit to the bank card debited at the time of the order, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction.
ARTICLE 6 - Provider's liability
PC PARTSTORE is automatically responsible to the Customer for the proper execution of the contract concluded with the Customer.
However, PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) may not be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, the occurrence ofPC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) shall not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract entered into in the event of force majeure, the occurrence of an event attributable to the Customer or any unforeseeable and insurmountable inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, notably a breakdown in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE) will not be held responsible or liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure as usually recognized by French jurisprudence.
ARTICLE 7 - Data protection
Pursuant to Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by Law no. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 and EU Regulation no. 2016/679 "RGPD", it is reminded that the personal data requested from the Customer is necessary for the processing of his/her order and is intended for internal use.
This personal data may nevertheless be transmitted to third parties, service providers or, subject to express consent, partners of PC PARTSTORE (ALLWAYS 333 FRANCE).

ARTICLE 9 - Applicable Law
The present General Conditions are governed exclusively by French law and exclusive territorial jurisdiction is given to the French courts.
The Customer expressly acknowledges the probative force of electronic writing as used on the site and recognizes that the recorded data is authentic and constitutes proof of all transactions.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale and its consequences shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French commercial courts.
